This role will suit a well organised person with customer service experience and knowledge or experience in facilities management or fire protection systems.
Our works involves fire curtains, fire windows and doors and related products mostly installed in commercial builders.
A good understanding of the BCA and Australian Standards as well as experience with Fieldinsightis highly regarded.
This role is based at our office in Taren Point.
KEY DUTIES
- Scheduling reactive and preventative maintenance jobs
- Managing technician schedules
- Coordinating and ordering materials where required
- Issuing and completing SWMS, induction bookings and permits for high risk works
- Ensure smooth process from job creation through to invoicing
- Provide over the phone customer service and support
- Facilitating warranty jobs
- Contact facilities manager and/or clients who are responsible for the servicing of products that have been installed by Greene Fire to generate opportunities for Service.
- Prepare and submit quotes for service and maintenance agreements.
- Prepare quotes for call outs or repair works.
- Liaise with customers and handle service and repair enquiries and issues.
- Maintain a strong understanding on the products offered by the company.
The salary packages offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
