Door Types Available
Greene Fire offers single- and double-leaf fire-rated swing glass door systems, available with 1-hour and 2-hour fire ratings.
Our Aluflam AF70 and AF91 systems combine fully glazed architectural designs with thermally broken aluminium framing, providing certified fire protection for internal and external applications.
Available systems:
- AF70 – 1 Hour Fire Rated Swing Door: FRL up to –/60/60, suitable for internal and external applications.
- AF91 – 2 Hour Fire Rated Swing Door: FRL up to –/120/90, suitable for internal and external applications.
Both systems incorporate insulated aluminium framing with a patented fire-retardant core and are available in single- and double-leaf configurations.
The appropriate system, glazing and configuration will depend on the project's fire resistance requirements and applicable test documentation.
Framing
Our Aluflam AF70 and AF91 fire-rated swing glass doors feature thermally broken aluminium framing with a patented fire-retardant insulating core. Both systems combine contemporary architectural design with certified fire protection.

Both systems offer slim aluminium profiles, large glazed areas, non-corrosive construction and compatibility with architectural door hardware. Matching sidelights and top lights can also be incorporated, subject to system requirements.
How Does The Glass Work?
Aluflam fire-rated swing doors incorporate specialised fire-resistant glazing designed to maintain fire compartmentation while providing clear visibility and natural light.
The glazing is selected according to the required Fire Resistance Level (FRL), with different configurations available for internal and external applications.
AF70 – 1 Hour Fire Rated Swing Doors
Available glazing options include:

AF91 – 2 Hour Fire Rated Swing Doors
Available glazing options include:

Contraflam Lite 120: FRL –/120/30.

Contraflam Lite 120 ClimaPlus IGU: FRL up to –/120/30 for external applications.
Fire-resistant glazing helps prevent the passage of flames and hot gases, while insulating configurations also limit heat transfer to the non-fire side.
The final glazing selection must be compatible with the tested door assembly and the project's fire resistance requirements.
