      Vii Fire FM is an assembled fire curtain which provides up to 2 hour fire rating for openings up to 3m x 3m in a compact – preassembled box. The Vii Fire product range are limited to a maximum width of 3 metres and maximum drop of 3 metres. This range of products was introduced for use in domestic homes and areas of buildings where a compact head-box is required. Fire performance is similar to  FireMaster. The full Vii Fire range is easy for a competent person to install and is the first and only ‘plug and play’ fire curtain system. Available in face fix and reveal fix head-boxing options.

      Assembled Fire Curtain Construction

      When supplied the Vii Fire is completely assembled ready to direct fix to the building structure. Both the face fix and reveal fix boxing and guides have external fixing locations for ease of installation. No assembly on site required. An optional sill can be supplied for window applications. Metalwork is zinc coated mild steel. This can be painted on site or powder coated to DULUX or RAL colours.

      Operation

      The ViiFire FM range Are ‘plug and play’ and are pre-commissioned with all additional functionality available in a standard offering. A cheaper, alarm input only control panel is also available. Test is by simulated alarm signal or using the test function on the control panel. By default Vii Fire will automatically reset after the alarm signal is cleared.

      Fire Rating

      Up to 2 hours fire integrity to AS1530.4. Assessment report CSIRO FCO-2902/4105.
