    SafeScape T5000 is a vertically coiling fire shutter with egress door. 1-18 fire doors connected to the bottom of the fire shutter. This fire and smoke rated door assembly is designed to coil at the top allowing the rigid button frame with fixed egress doors to lower when deployed. Once in place, the single or multiple swinging egress doors provide complying egress. Large occupant loads and wide-span openings are easily accommodated by the McKeon T5000. The T5000 Series fire door systems are a design advantage when there is no side room available for pocket storage. No need to build by-pass doors or fixed construction to house the fire doors, these can be operable on fire alarm activation

    Fire Shutter With Egress Operation

    Auto-Set automatic resetting. Fail-Safe Design – automatic self-closing mechanism does not require power operation.

    Ratings

    3-hour rated to UL 10B. 90-minute rated assembly with a 340°C over 30 minute Temperature Rise rating when required. Smoke & Draft labeled UL 1784.

    Egress

    Available with up to 2 complying egress swing doors. Doors at concealed at 90° or 180° to the door in the adjacent wall. Egress doors only swing in one direction. Maximum swing door width is 1220mm.

    Finishes

    McKeon Sterling Gray. Powder-coated to RAL colour. Stainless steel.
